Not the most exciting part of the site—but I am a sucker for transparency so you know what you're getting. Below, you'll find everything clearly laid out: from cancellation policies to privacy.
Disclaimer
My services are no substitute for medical or mental health care. For physical complaints or mental health issues, I always recommend contacting a general practitioner, midwife, or other appropriate healthcare provider. Baby therapy is complementary care and does not include medical advice.
Working area
I'll come to your home—all over Rotterdam and beyond, within a radius of about 25 kilometers. Do you live a bit further away? Feel free to contact me, and we'll discuss the possibilities. Travel expenses are 23 cents per kilometer and will be listed separately on your invoice.
Cancellations
I carefully plan every session. Unable to make it? You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, I charge half the regular fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full amount.
Payment
After each session, you will receive an invoice by email. Payment is due by bank transfer within 14 days. Sessions within my training program (in baby therapy) are temporarily offered at a reduced rate.
My guidance falls outside the medical circuit, and Studio evi is therefore not exempt from VAT and the sessions are not reimbursed by health insurers.
Privacy
The information you provide in advance (such as through questionnaires) is stored securely and not shared with third parties.Your data is processed in accordance with the applicable GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) guidelines. Would you like to access your data or have it deleted? Let me know — I'll take care of it right away.
During baby therapy sessions that are part of my training, recordings are made only with your permission and used solely for educational purposes. These recordings are stored securely and deleted after evaluation.

I offer one-on one, personalized services —and therefore, I'm not easily reachable by phone. For general questions or to schedule an appointment, you can email me at hallo@studioevi.nl or use the contact form. I usually respond within two business days. Already scheduled an appointment? You'll automatically receive my phone for any urgent matters.
