Coaching for women
For women anywhere on the path from hoping for a child to holding one — to reconnect with what’s truly yours, and move forward from there.

The space between wishing for a child and finding your feet in motherhood can be a lot to digest:
hope, grief, joy, pride, doubts; a birth that unfolded differently than you hoped, or the resurfacing of old pain from an earlier loss or in your relationship with your own mother.
As a midwife, I often didn’t have enough time to truly give that my full attention. Now I can offer the space it deserves — as a sounding board and gentle guide, helping you piece things together in your own way.
Inner work has much in common with giving birth:
your body is the compass,
it needs safe support to let the process unfold,
and everything takes the time it needs.
My starting point is always that you are the greatest authority when it comes to yourself.
I tend to stay away from offering solutions or advice on how things “should” be, and prefer to walk alongside you as you explore new — or long-forgotten — parts of yourself.
With presence, empathy, and elements from systemic work and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), I offer a space where everything is welcome: to tune in to yourself, to sense what truly matters to you, and to find your own next step from there.
A quick note: I don’t give medical advice and I’m not a mental health professional.
Until December, sessions are online — from the comfort of your own home. After that, you’re welcome to join me in my practice space in Rotterdam (details coming soon).
"To anyone looking for someone who’s both professional and genuinely human in her approach:
I thought she was absolutely wonderful."
